Ingredients:
- 120 g ground beef, sliced into small pieces,
- 45 g green pepper, red and yellow sliced,
- 50 g sliced carrots,
- 10 g sliced garlic,
- 10 g white onion sliced,
- 10 g hot red pepper,
- 10 g celery cut into strips,
- 5 g potato starch or corn flour,
- 60 ml Chile sauce.
- Dip the steaks and shake them a little to remove any increases, remove them in deep oil for 30 seconds until they become crispy and set them aside on kitchen paper.
- In a large bowl, cook the pepper, carrots, onions, celery and garlic for 30 seconds and set aside.
- Put the fried meat and chili sauce in the large pot on the fire. Cook it for another 30 seconds at a high temperature and stir it well.Keep it away from the fire when the meat is cooked to the chili sauce and get a bright color and serve it hot.
