Ingredients
- 1kg chicken wings
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger peeled and minced
- 2tbsp brown or light brown sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Directions
- Washing chicken wings and put in the lemon juice
- Pour your honey in a frying pan ,add soy sauce, minced gralic, ginger, salt, let the sugar melt and add your wings for 1 hour on medium fire.
- serve hot
