Ingredients
- 1unbaked pie shell
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp corn meal
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Place pie crust on baking sheet and cover edges loosely with strips of aluminum foil.
- You can skip this step and just keep an eye on the pie- if it starts to get too brown cover pie loosely with sheet of foil.
- Mix all of the ingredients and pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 325 for 50-55 minutes, or until set.
