Fried chicken with delicious marinade and corn flakes


Ingredients:

Boiling chicken:

  • 6 pieces of chicken legs
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 Chicken bouillon cube
Marinade chicken:
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 pack of yogurt without sugar
  • 1 tbsp dreadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tbsp table oil
  • 2 tablespoons mixture ketchup and Mustard
  • A small onion grated
Topping crispy:
  • 2 eggs
  • Teaspoon vinegar
  • Corn flakes
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Cup Flour
  • Two tablespoons of starch

Directions:

  1. In the cooker on the fire, put the chicken legs with garlic, ginger and salt drown with water and add a Chicken bouillon cube and leave it on the fire until maturate the chicken, filter the chicken pieces and leave aside.
  2. In the electric mixer, mix the marinade chicken so we get a homogeneous mixture, put the mixture in deep bowl.
  3. Cover the chicken thighs with a marinade and leave them At least hour.
  4. To prepare the topping crispy , mix the corn flakes with the Breadcrumbs in the pot, and flour with starch in another pot, mix eggs with a few vinegar.
  5. Dipping chicken in the flour to completely cover, then blend them in eggs, then in blend corn flakes.
  6. In the cooker on the fire preheat of vegetable oil, fry chicken so they becomes golden color.
  7. Remove it from the oil and put on blotting paper.
