BREAKFAST PIZZA



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pre-cooked 12 inch pizza shell
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup thick cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated provolone cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Place the pizza crust on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Whisk together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese and bacon. Pour immediately on the pizza shell.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese mixture is well cooked and lightly browned.
  5. Cut into quarters and enjoy!
