INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pre-cooked 12 inch pizza shell
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup thick cream
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated provolone cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Place the pizza crust on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Whisk together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese and bacon. Pour immediately on the pizza shell.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese mixture is well cooked and lightly browned.
- Cut into quarters and enjoy!
